Terms of service

These terms apply when you use madhuram.app or order from Shringaar by Madhuram (“Madhuram”, “we”) on the site, WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them. We may update these terms; the version on this page applies to new orders.

1. Using the site

• You must be 18 or older, or order with a parent’s or guardian’s consent.
• Don’t misuse the site: no unlawful use, scraping, copying for resale, or uploading harmful code.
• We may refuse or cancel service to anyone who breaks these terms.

2. Products, colours and photos

• We show colours and details as accurately as we can, but screens differ and handmade work like bandhej, leheriya and gota patti varies slightly from piece to piece. These variations are not defects.
• Many pieces are made in small numbers and can sell out. We may limit quantities per customer.
• Product descriptions and information on the site are for general guidance and may occasionally contain errors, which we may correct at any time.

3. Prices

• All prices are in Indian rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Prices and offers can change without notice. The price shown when you place the order is the price you pay.
• If a price is shown wrongly because of an obvious error, we’ll tell you before dispatch and you can cancel for a full refund.

4. Orders and payment

• All orders are prepaid. We don’t offer cash on delivery.
• An order is confirmed once payment is received and we’ve confirmed it with you.
• If a paid piece turns out to be unavailable, we refund the full amount to your original payment method.

5. Cancellations

• You can cancel before your order is dispatched by messaging us on WhatsApp. The full amount is refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
• Orders stitched to your measurements can’t be cancelled once stitching has started.
• Orders can’t be cancelled after dispatch; see our returns policy instead.

6. Shipping, returns and exchanges

Delivery is covered by our shipping policy, and returns, exchanges and store credit by ourreturns & exchanges policy.

7. Store credit

Store credit is valid for life, can only be used on madhuram.app or orders placed with us, and can’t be exchanged for cash.

8. Intellectual property

The Madhuram name, logo, photos, videos and text on this site belong to us. Please don’t copy or reuse them without written permission. You’re welcome to share links to our products.

9. Reviews and photos you send

If you send us a review or a photo of you wearing Madhuram, we may share it on the site and our social pages with your first name and city. Ask us anytime to remove it.

10. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We aren’t responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, strikes or other events outside our control.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts at Ajmer, Rajasthan.
